Abstract:

We provide a list of 27 ant species from Lemnos (26 new to the island), 50 species from Samothraki (44 new to the island), and additional data of 8 species new to Thasos. Tapinoma magnum Mayr collected on Thasos is the first certain record from Greece. Camponotus baldaccii Emery, Myrmica rubra (Linnaeus), Temnothorax angustifrons Csösz, Heinze & Mikó, Temnothorax brackoi Salata & Borowiec, Temnothorax smyrnensis (Forel), Tetramorium staerckei Kratochvil, and Trichomyrmex perplexus (Radchenko) are new to Thrace.
