Worker: Maxillary palp one segmented. Petiole without fenestrate or posterior dentate ventral process. Frontal furrow is continued as a fine median line to near occipital border. Antennal scape does not reach to the posterior border of head.
Queen: Maxillary palp one segmented. Petiole without dentate ventral process. Eyes situated at sides of head near to clypeal border.
Male: Apterous, worker-like. Antennae twelve segmented with scape as long as eight following funiculus segments. Maxillary palp one segmented. Pygidial spine absent.
